Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with Engineering background (Prefer Electrical, Mechatronic or Robotic related)
0 - 3 years experiences in PLC programing, ProMaster (MES), general electrical skill, AutoCAD2D, sensor and vision system
Able to solve the machine trouble and knowing about Jig & Fixtures.
Good communication in English.
Able to work in shifts or holidays (in case of support problems)
Job Description:
Support to increase line capacity according to latest technical production volume and Cycle time.
Support to improve KPI target or customer demand such as productivity, OEE, IDC in manufacturing.
Support ECR for manufacturing
Support ISP Coordinator
Review PFMEA and Control plan for assembly line.
Support project preparation and Management ( Startup project, Participate workshop, MAR, etc.)
Review and update process capability, Machine capability short term and long term.
Support for line, tooling, part number (flexible release) relocation project.
Machine development (Upgrade machine to support new product/model)
Factory layout control
Technical support for machines and equipment (analysis and problem solving, RPP)
