Job Description:
1. Direct and supervise retail staff across several retail store to ensure they meet set objectives |
2. To grow sales profit, and to motivate staff to achieve this same goal |
3. Maintaining the appearance of the store by monitoring the condition of the store environment, merchandise, and employees' uniforms and appearance |
4. Provide training to retail employees to develop their skills and enhance their job performance |
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures |
6. Provide solutions that address performance issues in a timely and effective manner |
7. Monitor the activities of the customer service department of retail store to ensure a satisfied customers |
8. Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at retail store |
9. Set and regulate product pricing using results of market and demand analysis |
10. Evaluate operational and financial records to determine sales performance of a retail store |
Qualifications |
1. bachelor's degree in business management, business administration, business studies, or in a similar field |
2. Experience in retail sales and customer service is also required for this position |
