Site Manager (Electronics/ASICs Manufacturing)

We're looking for a Site Manager (Electronics/ASICs Manufacturing) to join our team and lead the execution of cutting-edge manufacturing projects featuring our connectivity ASICs - used by top global cloud providers, server, and network OEMs.

In this role, you'll oversee the full manufacturing cycle - from NPI to mass production - working closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, supply chain, and contract manufacturers to deliver quality products on time and within budget.

🔍 What You'll Do:

• Drive project planning, coordination, and on-time execution of manufacturing programs
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, quality, logistics, and suppliers
• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Product Lifecycle Management systems (Agile, Arena)
• Own process quality, drive continuous improvement, and resolve manufacturing issues
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure timely materials delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks while reporting progress to stakeholders
• Adopt new technologies to optimize performance and cost

✅ What You Bring:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related (Master's/MBA is a plus)
• 8+ years in electronics manufacturing (PCBA), engineering, or project management
• Hands-on experience with high-speed, high-complexity products
• Strong knowledge in lean manufacturing, supply chain, and quality systems (ISO)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Advanced English proficiency
