Responsibilities
Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result
Planning and organizing production schedules
Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing on budgets and timescales with clients and managers SMT
KPI achievement
Overseeing production processes
Materials loss control
Employee training
Weekly/monthly report of the department
Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers expectations.
Supervise production team to manage and execute production projects.
Qualification;
Have more than 10 years of work experience in the SMT Manufacturing
Fluent in English to facilitate instruction transmission and effective implementation and implementation
Cooperate customer audit and visit
Good communication and leadership skills
Good knowledge of ISO Standards, SOP, Production processes
Can work under pressure
