SMT Production Manager
(Chonburi)
Job Description:
- Be responsible of all production (APUs including methods, maintenance and quality)
- Ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, respect
of the product) during, the operations
- Manage the production schedule planned by the SC&L is respected
- Secure achievement of QCD objectives and is accountable of QCD results
- Ensure optimal use of equipment (TRP)
- Assure the maintenance of equipment in good condition
- Drive continuous improvement with the support of the SC&L/VPS cluster of the region
- Practice regular OJT on QRQC, Kosu, etc.
- Promote the company in the daily activities of the plant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Minimum of 15 years of operations management
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the SMT industry
- Strong business acumen, high adaptability skill, able to see root cause
- Good leadership skills demonstrated through championing accountability
- Ability to mentor, motivate, influence and persuade team members
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of SMT standardize
