Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop test documentation including Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Test Scripts, Test Results, and Test Plans.
Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and End-to-End Testing (SIT and UAT).
Gather requirements and clarify functionalities with PMs, BAs, and customers.
Provide constructive feedback to the development team to improve product quality.
Log and manage bugs or issues using Redmine.
Conduct API testing using Postman.
Implement and maintain automated testing using Robot Framework.
Create and maintain User Manuals and related documentation.
Demonstrate applications to customers and provide training sessions as needed.
Support UAT and production-related issues.
Validate test data directly on the database to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Perform manual testing, including mobile application testing.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and product stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degrees in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 3 Years
Knowledge of banking products and Banking Industry and Finance
Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role in software development.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Postman) and bug tracking systems.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.
Proven experience in creating, executing, and maintaining test cases, including test plans and strategies.
Ability to understand software requirements and specifications.
Experience with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Communicate English
