Rollout upgrades to customer SWIFT systems
Conduct training for customers on new Bottomline solutions
Work with the sales manager to understand the customer requirements
Investigate and analyze technical production issues
Conduct the onboarding of customers on the Bottomline SaaS platform
Create project plan for customers requiring a major solution upgrade
Qualifications
At least 4-5 years of experiences in application consutance and support
Having a solid IT experience: applications support, enhancement and integration
Windows and Linux essential server administration
Relational databases understanding (basic knowledge of SQL scripting)
Network concepts (TCP\IP, routing, switching, VLANs, Firewalls)
Good command in English speaking and writing
Experience in the Financial industry
Good to have: Experiences in SWIFT solutions (Alliance Access / Alliance Gateway / SWIFT Net Link / HSM) and SWIFT operations (messages, routing, PKI, etc.)
Open for candidates with no experiences in SWIFT solution but do have experiences in financial solutions.
