Solution Delivery Manager (Payment Gateway)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a business partner to develop pursuit strategies for engaging leadership at customers and partners.
- Work with all other departments of the business as relevant to ensure excellent service delivery to clients.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Support the sales process and proposal development for company's projects.
- Strengthen the partnership between sales and services for a seamless customer service and total solution to the customer.
- Hands-on responsibilities for maintaining and implementing customer integrations.
- Support and lead end-to-end pre-sales project delivery activities.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in developing and providing technical and business solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes.
- Understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
- Great communication skills and ability to work well with others.
