Sourcing Manager

Job Description:

Management sourcing job and team to meet with KPI.
Supplier Selection and Management.
Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Reviewing existing contacts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendor and suppliers.
Approving purchase order and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and service
Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreement.
Controlling the procurement budget and promoting culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Preparing procurement report.
Cost comparison (Tool/Part) for competitive price.
Have knowledge of price structure tooling / part
Negotiate cost with supplier for competitive price
Estimate cost (Tooling/Part)
To control supplier in term of cost control by cost reduction activity.
VA/VE project (Raw material / Component part)
Supplier cost improvement and cost reduction
Budget set up and management
Support job assignment

Qualifications:

Procurement and purchasing experience at Manager Level for 3 years or more
Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, (Stamping parts, plastics injection, ZDC, ADC, Forging, Machining part)
Able to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings.
Strong communicate and interpersonal skills.
Positive mindset, adaptable and eager to learn
Ability to work under pressure
Analytical thinking with attention to details.
Responsible and professional attitude
Fluent in English communication
Willing to travel frequently
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
