Sr./Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Facilitate the alignment of Chinese corporate clients with appropriate retail and office spaces.
• Partner with architects, contractors, and key stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Determine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct negotiations and finalize contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Deliver consistent project progress updates and reports to senior management.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
• Demonstrated success as a Project Manager within the retail real estate sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in the Chinese language (HSK5).
