JOB FUNCTIONS:
Leading on supplier quality issue resolving and driving for improvement with clear RC/CA implementation.
MRB material liability confirm with supplier.
Material quality Spec review and clarification among of Customer & internal quality team.
Material SIP document creation and maintenance.
Develop and implement the supplier quality management processes and score card systems.
Responsible for managing and reporting on the weekly quality performance of suppliers.
Conduct supplier factory and process audits and qualifications.
Handling supplier onsite quality inspection or incoming quality check at the factory.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Over 5 year experience on supplier or incoming materials quality management.
Understanding ISO and 5 tools from TS, such PPAP, APQP, MSA...
Familiar with supplier system audit, process audit and product audit.
Familiar with factory process, RMA, good negotiation skill.
Detailed-oriented, understand DOE.
Strong leadership.
Result-driven.
Facilitator.
Communication skills.
Root-cause analysis.
Problem-solving.
Business process re-engineering.
Data handling for management report.
Presentation skills.
Engineering knowledge is a plus.
English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiar with ISO and 5 tools from TS, such PPAP, APQP, MSA..
Have a good English level.
