Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer (Supplier Development Engineer)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage plant supplier quality issues.

• Support APQP, PPAP &Safe launch supplier processes for plants.

• Manage plant supplier complaint process.

• Interface with regional/global or other SQAs, Engineering, Quality and other relevant section.

• Support supplier & part changes impacting assigned plant.

• Manage supplier ISO/TS 16949 requirement for the plant.

• Manage supplier directory & ISO/TS 16949 certificates.

• Manage supplier quality KPI's.

• Perform audits of suppliers.

• Support local & regional sourcing strategy objective.

• Manage supplier quality improvement.

• Develop supplier quality performance measurement system.

• Achievements of site supplier quality target.

• Any authorities which assigned by Purchasing manager.

• Maintain the highest standards of health and safety, environment, 5S, Lean Enterprise, and Quality System.

Any specific

• Supplier's development.

• Development and maintain SQA system.

• Perform as commodity SQA for region when appointed.

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or any other related fields.

• Good communication in English.

• 5-7 years' experience in SQA or QA tasks.

• Computer literate.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Compulsory Training Program required: (please specify)

• ISO 9000 or ISO/TS16949

• SPC, FMEA, Control plan APQP and PPAP
