Responsibility
- Adjust and second approve repaired receiving goods
- First approval Trial and Prototype
- Establish containment action, preliminary review correction action and analysis
- Approve the incoming result, in-process, and final inspection
- Conduct the supplier selection, annual audit, and quality issue follow up
- Return defect part to supplier and process the replacement or chargeback
- Review and approve corrective action from supplier
- Maintain SAP system for incoming inspection
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Customer's Quality Expectations
- Minimum of 3 year-experiences as a Quality Engineer in industries such as furniture, textile, sofa, or automobile
- GD&T, Patterns experience as well as problem solving a must
- Familiar with statistical analysis
- Fluent to Very Good command in English
- Must have excellent communication skills
