Responsibilities:
Coordinates among suppliers, contract manufacturers and internal team on quality excursions with established protocol.
Lead all supplier and sub supplier audits include new parts qualification / new site qualification
Support NPI and Supply Chain Team to ensure purchased parts meet quality & reliability requirements and with the lowest possible total cost
Continuously improve and enhance quality system to meet quarterly/yearly quality goals.
Monitor and feedback suppliers' production and quality performance metrics on time.
Follow up all containment actions and preventive actions committed by suppliers.
Responsible for identifying, resolving, organizing and executing opportunities related to
improving the quality of purchased material
Qualifications:
BS degree in Engineering and 10 years with 5 years experience in management to Supplier Quality Engineering.
Good Data Analytic Skill
Able to lead and work collaborative with cross functional team includes supplier, contract manufacturer and internal team
Possesses knowledge of electronic components, PCB, Metal Parts and Plastic Parts (Plastic Injection) and PCB/PCBA manufacturing process.
CAPA 8D skill is added advantage.
Must have good English skills, written and spoken.
Travel 50% domestic and international (on site work at Mahachai).
