Job Description:
Defines the crafts based on available information (for both Employee and Contractor) for Turnaround by looking at the job skill requirement
Balances and manage the number of jobs during Turnaround preparation and execution phases
Prepares job scheduling progress update meeting with Turnaround core team during preparation and execution phases. Communicate the final scheduled jobs to the team.
Communicate the progress of Turnaround to the Turnaround team and related persons
Ensure that the job is completed per scope of work and paperwork, including man-hour record, is completed and work order is closed, and job package is return within the agreed duration
Ensure that the compliance job is closed within the agreed need date
Qualifications:
High vocational certificate or higher in Mechanic
At least 2-year experience in Turnaround or Petrochemical
Good communication skill
Good Computer skill such as Microsoft office
