Technical Sales Representative

Job Description:

  • Assist local and oversea customers about the technical questions which submitted by email or direct phone call to factory.

  • Handle daily customer inquiries by using system (Zendesk) and remote support to customers

  • Act as an admin of the After Sales Support - APAC desk by recognizing and recording error frequencies for assigning the ticket to the right support Service manager or related departments.

  • Act as an admin of the Warranty claim system to check the warranty period and claim as per customers required to Thailand Warranty System.

  • Reporting crucial issues to his superior.

  • Support on onsite technical training.

  • The Technical Service Representative, Thailand, provides technical support to a wide variety of customers, including service companies, coin store owners, route operators, distributors, homestyle customers & special accounts.

  • The position is responsible for providing technical support by email and phone call on all types of equipment.

  • To service, service parts and warranty items. Service mangers will support on the technical information to this Technical Service Representative


  • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer handling or Technical Service Call Center is preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in commercial appliance repair. Experience servicing commercial laundry equipment (washers and dryers) is preferred.

  • High degree of computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office Excel, Word and SAP

  • Service mind, understand customer issue and willing to assist.

  • Strong ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English is must.

  • Ability to understand product manual, installation manual and troubleshooting manual.

  • Have some background in electricity, mechanics, and electronics.

  • Ability to work with others, being assertive and diplomatic.

  • Willingness to learn new things, such as product information or new software handling.

  • Must be able to travel up to 25 % + time.
