Responsibilities/Duties :
Business Development
• Ensure achievement of sales target for business in the own responsibility within guidelines (pricing, payment, service)
• Implement marketing- key accounts- and technical strategy into the own accounts.
• Agree sales budget for own responsibility with head of Sales Paper Thailand, monitor and ensure performance.
• Develop own account business plans, according to the country target setting
Sales & Marketing Strategy Implementation
• Collect and identify market needs, implement market intelligence for customers and report to Head of Sales Paper Specialties Thailand
• Ensure successful target with risk management by balancing both customer and product portfolio
• Interface with customers, 3rd.parties and inhouse personnal to enhance success business opportunity
• Provide assistance to customers for product application, trobleshooting, training to enhance pre-post service
• Review and ensure financial security of customer
• Support to Marketing Strategy
• Act as active member for both local and regional setup to ensure high level of cooperation
• Active support to product introduction and service initiatives, in accordance with marketing programs
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry
• Sales and marketing experience at least 2 years
• Technical experience at least 2 years
• Good communication skill
• Good command of English
