Main Requirements:
- Must speak English fluently and be a native Mandarin speaker.
- Must have a customer service mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Call potential guests to offer them a discounted holiday package.
- Make at least 20 calls per hour to reach potential guests and meet efficiency targets.
- Stick to a prepared script to make sure information is communicated clearly and to schedule as many preview presentations as possible.
- Listen to guests' concerns, solve problems, and convince them to attend the preview presentation.
- Encourage guests to buy and travel with the Holiday Discovery Package by highlighting its benefits and enjoyable features.
- Make sure guests meet the requirements for each offer and keep accurate records.
- Manage leads from the company effectively to increase the number of preview presentations.
- Help out with any additional tasks requested by the Team Leader.
