Responsibility:
- Responsible for supporting the Trade Marketing department in marketing operations and administrative tasks.
- Promote brand visibility, promotion, and event execution.
- Provide marketing administrative support such as coordination, report, or tracking project timelines.
- Assist in producing marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Track and monitor Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) to ensure optimal usage and accurate allocation across channels.
- Work closely with Brand Marketing and Sales department to plan and execute marketing activities.
- Maintain and update marketing folders and databases, including monthly marketing calendars, activation calendars, and project trackers for legal and procurement compliance.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Trade Marketing Manager.
Qualification:
- 2+ years of experience in supporting marketing function, or administrative role.
- Direct background in beverage/FMCG is advantage.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and office software.
