Help supervisor to optimize training system, drafts working instruction and procedure.
Be responsible for building up pools of trainers, training materials and test paper, etc.
Training procedure updates and upload in QMS system.
To assist the supervisor to conduct training need analysis and makes yearly training plan.
To organize internal and external trainings, and conduct training assessment.
Manage training records, contracts and materials properly so that they are in compliance with the requirement of quality management system.Manager training records in ERP system.
Conduct orientation training and other kinds of training after being trained.
Make reports and proposals according to supervisor's requirement.
Internal and External audit to compliance with reequipment of quality management system and Customers.
Other tasks assigned by superior.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in HR or Administrative management or related field.
Above 4 years of experience, more than 2 year' experience of training in manufacturing plant.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Thai
Willing to learn and be able to work independently with the team
