Role Objective:
We're looking for a Transport Safety Manager to make sure our transportation operations are safe and follow regulations. This role focuses on our Deliver functions in Thailand.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Fleet Site Leaders, distribution officers, and driver trainers to set up, follow, and check Fleet Safety Programs at each site.
- Check that we're following Transport Safety Regulations and keep records as needed.
- Make training materials and train drivers follow safety rules and reduce accidents.
- Regularly check and audit our safety programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Transport Safety for trailers and dangerous goods.
- Good at analyzing things, communicating, and working with others.
- Can communicate well in English.
- Having a Safety Professional certificate or similar is a plus.
