Job Highlights:
Plan and support delivery drivers by arrange the delivery schedule.
Support overall management of the vehicle transport team operation.
Optimize the delivery routine plan to ensure smooth delivery to the customers.
Keep and track data related to all transportation for monthly report to the management.
Arrange servicing for the delivery trucks and ensure that all the trucks are under good condition.
Ensure the overall transportation operation performing under the guidelines and regulations regarding Safety, Environment and Quality.
Focus on key transportation projects, outcomes, policies.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve supplier performance and add value to enhance transportation performance.
Perform Additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management or other related fields.
1-2 years of work experience in logistics.
Knowledge of local transportations regulation and routings.
Self-driven, independent, and willing to take on challenges.
Service minded and mature, with a pleasant personality and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to provide immediate responses and make good judgements without supervision.
Ability to give and receive feedback.
Good command of English.
Proficiency in MS office.
