Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process for uniforms, ensuring smooth operations and meeting production targets.
- Enhance productivity by improving production processes and coordinating with customers to meet their needs.
- Ensure continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and workplace safety.
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively.
- Monitor and optimize the production system to increase efficiency and output.
- Review daily and monthly departmental reports, including KPI tracking.
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, 25 years and older.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in production control (uniforms preferred).
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of the Japanese language is preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO14000 standards.
- Immediate availability is an advantage
