About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President, Deposit Product Development to lead the creation and enhancement of deposit products and consumer lending solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader with a passion for driving product innovation and delivering impactful solutions in the banking sector.
As Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in developing new deposit products and features while driving business volume. You will collaborate closely with IT and other cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless product development lifecycle from business requirement definition to product launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development & Innovation: Lead the end-to-end process of launching new products and enhancing existing features within the deposit and consumer lending portfolio.
- Business Volume Growth: Develop and implement strategies to enhance product features, driving increased business volume and ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, providing clear business requirements to ensure successful product delivery and market launch.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and customer needs, ensuring that the product portfolio remains competitive and responsive to market demands.
Knowledge & Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, process development, business analysis, or system analysis within the banking industry.
- Proven track record of delivering new product developments and product enhancements from the initial business requirements phase through to product launch.
- Experience in deposit product development is highly preferred, though not essential.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to liaise between technical and business teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with a proven ability to deliver products that drive business growth.
