Job Description:
Overall logistics transaction including knowledge of Import, Export, BOI and FTA privilege.
Overall logistics function supporting the ongoing business priorities, service, and cost targets against plan.
Handle custom formalities for import and export transaction shipment.
Coordinate with internal and External organization including government bodies.
Manage and supervise Logistics Staff and their performance; provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.
Sterilizer scheduling with capacity management.
External Warehouse contract management.
Accountable for managing Transportation, Forwarder and carrier with problems solving.
Act as consultant in Logistics functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any related fields
At least 5 years exp. of Logistics & WH with BOI fields.
Have knowledge of custom formalities for import and export.
Expertise knowledge of BOI privilege and FTA privilege.
Good English language skills.
Good Analysis with MS Excel skill.
Project improvement, Kaizen, ideation.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good Leadership qualities, proactive, service minded, team oriented.
