Responsibility:
• Manages all warehouse activities to meet requirement and achieve operational KPI target
• Responsible for warehouse budget, forecast, manpower planning and transportation operations
• Planning storage space, warehouse equipment in the warehouse to ensure proper performance and optimize space utilization
• Deploy warehouse resources (people and equipment) to obtain maximum utilization / efficiency
• Planning and budget outside storage space timely
• Regularly review procedure/work instruction and initiate improvement activity to improve process’s efficiency and quality
• Lead/guide staff towards continuous improve operating cost and productivity
• Manage and control accuracy of all inventories quantity, keeping up-to-date inventory status
• Physical count inventory stock
• Production planning to achieve delivery and inventory plan
• **approx.10,000 items on QAD (estimate data) including Finished Goods, Work in progress, Raw material and Consumable (tooling/spare part supply)
Qualification:
• Bachelor or higher in the field of Logistics Management or related
• 10 years+ of experience in Warehousing Management and Production Planning
• English : Intermediate - Business Level
• Good knowledge & experience of Kanban, JIT, TPS and KAIZEN system/activities
• Experience in IATF 16949, ISO 14001
• Excellent in ERP, preferred QAD
• Strong Leadership and decision making
• Able to do multitask in a fast-paced environment
