MAIN FUNCTIONS
support coordination and operation for Customer Service team
- Customer Account Specialist with customer service or supply chain and logistics background (is a plus) to provide support to customers
- Customer services team is located in Bangkok and provide support to customers in Asia Pacific
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as customer's primary point of contact & maintain strong business relationship with assigned customers facing activities - order commitment and fulfillment; invoicing and issue resolution.
- Responsible for providing customer support and ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating ownership and managing key cross functional interfaces with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.
- Work and cooperate with other related functions as necessary to ensure customer/supplier issues are resolved, provide best option solution, and communicated back to customer/supplier in a timely manner.
- Be an ambassador to build strong customer relationships, gain an understanding for their business/service needs, and leverage them to be a trusted advisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in any field (with Mandarin skill as 3rd language)
- New graduate or few work experience is welcome
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Communicable in English and Good in Mandarin (HSK 5+)
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices, Experience in using company system is a plus
- Fast learner, Able to work in team and individually
- Time management, Detail oriented, Service minded
- Strong administrative, communication and coordination skill
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8.00-17.00
Location: BTS Saladaeng, MRT Lumpini or Silom
