Customer Service Specialist

About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and collaborating across functions to drive commercial success? We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Relocation) to be the go-to contact for our key business segments across the region.

This role is critical in bridging our sales teams with operations-ensuring orders are delivered accurately, on time, and with outstanding service at every touchpoint.

What You'll Do
🔹 Take charge of the full Order-to-Cash process-from contract review to final delivery-for a diverse portfolio of customers (including EDI and international accounts)
🔹 Provide proactive updates and timely solutions to keep clients informed and satisfied
🔹 Be the voice of the customer internally, collaborating closely with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Quality teams
🔹 Investigate issues, analyze data in SAP (SD module), and follow through to resolution
🔹 Manage customer claims, non-conformities, and service requests professionally and efficiently
🔹 Build long-term relationships through clear communication, transparency, and trust
🔹 Stay organized, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a dynamic, high-paced environment

Who You Are
✔ Customer-first mindset and a passion for service excellence
✔ Fluent in English and a second language ( Chinese preferred)
✔ Advanced experience in SAP SD and order management systems
✔ A strong communicator-confident with both internal and external stakeholders
✔ Able to navigate complex, multicultural business environments
✔ Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and driven to solve problems
✔ Previous experience in a chemical or manufacturing company is a big plus!
