Customer Service Specialist

About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and collaborating across functions to drive commercial success? We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Relocation) to be the go-to contact for our key business segments across the region.

This role is critical in bridging our sales teams with operations-ensuring orders are delivered accurately, on time, and with outstanding service at every touchpoint.

What You'll Do
ðŸ”đ Take charge of the full Order-to-Cash process-from contract review to final delivery-for a diverse portfolio of customers (including EDI and international accounts)
ðŸ”đ Provide proactive updates and timely solutions to keep clients informed and satisfied
ðŸ”đ Be the voice of the customer internally, collaborating closely with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Quality teams
ðŸ”đ Investigate issues, analyze data in SAP (SD module), and follow through to resolution
ðŸ”đ Manage customer claims, non-conformities, and service requests professionally and efficiently
ðŸ”đ Build long-term relationships through clear communication, transparency, and trust
ðŸ”đ Stay organized, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a dynamic, high-paced environment

Who You Are
✔ Customer-first mindset and a passion for service excellence
✔ Fluent in English and a second language ( Chinese preferred)
✔ Advanced experience in SAP SD and order management systems
✔ A strong communicator-confident with both internal and external stakeholders
✔ Able to navigate complex, multicultural business environments
✔ Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and driven to solve problems
✔ Previous experience in a chemical or manufacturing company is a big plus!
