Key Roles & Responsibilities:
End-to-end requirement gathering for products along with the Owner.
Developing and utilizing standard templates to write requirements specifications accurately and concisely
Managing and tracking the status of issues throughout the product life cycle and prioritizing coordinating with product owners and other business stakeholders
Translating conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/product owners
Creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and other stakeholders
Leads and provides direction for short- and long-term planning sessions to ensure understanding of business goals and direction.
Provides input from a business and IT perspective.
Leads the assessment of user needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to prioritize immediate business needs and recommends options, risks, and cost vs. benefits.
Leads development and communicates business requirements and functional specifications for the design and implementation of business solutions.
Analyzes user operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements.
Provides recommendations for business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
Responsible for business case development and presentation.
Monitors testing process to ensure that business results are adequately tested with minimal risk.
Identifies need for technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
Keeps user informed of problems, issues, and resolutions.
Monitors and analyzes performance metrics to ensure user satisfaction.
Ensures IT solutions meet user needs.
What is required for this role:
6+ years of relevant experience in business analysis
Core Business Analysis skills and working on agile projects are mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering
Financial knowledge will be good to have
Strong communication skills, in both persuasion and negotiation
Willingness to roll up sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Working independently but appreciating that team is vital to succeed
Established background in launching software or services in partnership with the engineering team and a high degree of proficiency in requirement analysis, support ticket management system
Experience in successfully writing end-to-end requirements and support to various internal/external clients
Proficient in the Thai language (must be able to communicate with business users and application teams)
