Position Title: Director of Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and executing the account strategy for new businesses through consultation and decisions making from head quarter.

  • B2B and B2C sales of payment solutions and e-wallet.

  • Generate leads and build sustainable relationships with clients.

  • Gather customers' needs and identify new business opportunities.

  • Articulate payments solutions into a value proposition that answers the client needs.

  • Manage and run operations as it relates to the payments and e-wallet business, driving growth of digital payment method adoption and troubleshooting the day- to-day issues.

  • Collaborate across different functions, both internal and external to develop new solutions/products and manage new/ongoing projects.

  • Build relationships with bank to implement the bank integration.

  • Take measures to address regulatory concerns and ensure business operations adhere to the ever-changing requirements of the regulator.

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders including preparing and providing periodic updates on payments business.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor or master degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or engineering or related fields with a track record of outperforming performance/targets.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; able to think strategically.

  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communications in English.

  • Team player; able to communicate with technical and business experts at all levels of the organization.

  • Be able to lead cross-functional team players and manage end-to-end projects in a timely manner.

  • Relevant sales skill set such as pricing, pitching, negotiation and prospecting.

  • Having an in-depth knowledge of the latest innovative payment products, especially in digital payment is a plus.
