Job Description
- Oversee the management of office buildings, factory facilities, and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and functional work environment.
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of utilities including water supply, electricity, air conditioning, security systems, and coordinate minor repairs.
- Manage the procurement of office supplies, consumables, and essential factory equipment in alignment with budget and operational needs.
- Oversee company assets, ensuring proper maintenance, tracking, and documentation of company-owned property.
- Administer employee welfare programs such as canteen services, transportation, uniforms, and recreational activities.
- Coordinate employee benefit programs including health and accident insurance, and manage social security-related processes.
- Monitor compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations within the workplace.
- Assist in the preparation of EHS documentation and support audits to ensure legal and safety compliance.
- Organize and support internal and external company events, seminars, CSR initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external entities, including government agencies, service providers, and vendors.
- Prepare and submit reports on general affairs activities and facility operations to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, service agreements, and facility-related documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in General Affairs or Facility Management (Experience in an industrial
setting is preferred). - Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and workplace safety regulations (EHS knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
