Responsibilities :

• Manage and drive sales strategics and all other aspects of the sales teams to achieve sales target.

• Lead and drive to successfully grow the sales and finance aspects.

• Analyze market situation, manage and planning strategies of sales and marketing both Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).

• Focus on domestic market and in the future will expand and penetrate to ASEAN countries market rapidly.

• Achieve performance objectives as well as planning budget and forecast efficiency.

• Analyzing, investigating, launching, and monitoring in new projects and solution sells.

Qualifications :

• Required an Engineering Degree or proven working experiences related.

• Minimum 10 years direct experience in sales leader from Solar business.

• Sales experience of IPP & PPA is benefits.

• High skills on creating and leading on business expansion strategy.

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Fluently English language.
