Responsibilities :

â€Ē Manage and drive sales strategics and all other aspects of the sales teams to achieve sales target.

â€Ē Lead and drive to successfully grow the sales and finance aspects.

â€Ē Analyze market situation, manage and planning strategies of sales and marketing both Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).

â€Ē Focus on domestic market and in the future will expand and penetrate to ASEAN countries market rapidly.

â€Ē Achieve performance objectives as well as planning budget and forecast efficiency.

â€Ē Analyzing, investigating, launching, and monitoring in new projects and solution sells.

Qualifications :

â€Ē Required an Engineering Degree or proven working experiences related.

â€Ē Minimum 10 years direct experience in sales leader from Solar business.

â€Ē Sales experience of IPP & PPA is benefits.

â€Ē High skills on creating and leading on business expansion strategy.

â€Ē Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

â€Ē Fluently English language.
