Responsibilities :
âĒ Manage and drive sales strategics and all other aspects of the sales teams to achieve sales target.
âĒ Lead and drive to successfully grow the sales and finance aspects.
âĒ Analyze market situation, manage and planning strategies of sales and marketing both Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
âĒ Focus on domestic market and in the future will expand and penetrate to ASEAN countries market rapidly.
âĒ Achieve performance objectives as well as planning budget and forecast efficiency.
âĒ Analyzing, investigating, launching, and monitoring in new projects and solution sells.

Qualifications :
âĒ Required an Engineering Degree or proven working experiences related.
âĒ Minimum 10 years direct experience in sales leader from Solar business.
âĒ Sales experience of IPP & PPA is benefits.
âĒ High skills on creating and leading on business expansion strategy.
âĒ Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
âĒ Fluently English language.
