Responsibilities:
- Establish engineering strategies and goals to ensure efficient production, cost-effectiveness, and product quality, while addressing mechanical engineering issues and adhering to engineering requirements and standards
- Manage the design and installation of machinery and equipment in various engineering fields, ensuring quality and efficient production
- Evaluate and analyze risks in engineering projects and requests
- Develop operational plans, monitor project activities, and enhance production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost
- Define project scopes and select contractors based on expertise and experience
- Coordinate and monitor engineering work to meet budget, quality, and safety standards
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management is required
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in utility operations and management
- Understanding of Utility System Setup and Cost Control
- Skills in cost management and efficient resource allocation
- Adaptability and the ability to learn and adjust to changing situations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, including effective interaction with teams and management
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written
