Responsibilities:

• Establish engineering strategies and goals to ensure efficient production, cost-effectiveness, and product quality, while addressing mechanical engineering issues and adhering to engineering requirements and standards
• Manage the design and installation of machinery and equipment in various engineering fields, ensuring quality and efficient production
• Evaluate and analyze risks in engineering projects and requests
• Develop operational plans, monitor project activities, and enhance production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost
• Define project scopes and select contractors based on expertise and experience
• Coordinate and monitor engineering work to meet budget, quality, and safety standards

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management is required
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in utility operations and management
• Understanding of Utility System Setup and Cost Control
• Skills in cost management and efficient resource allocation
• Adaptability and the ability to learn and adjust to changing situations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, including effective interaction with teams and management
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written
