Lead and maintain office systems and manage staff members with multi-scope.
Responsible for office overall general affair, manage administrative operations, policies, procedures, budgets, facilities, records, equipment and special project, plan, coach and manage members.
Lead HR functions by planning and implementing HR policies, programs and practices and providing counselling to employees.
Responsible for the recruitment of employees, selection, training, development, benefit structurer, employee relations, appraisals and legal compliance.
Male/Female, age between 43-48 years old.
Bachelor's degree major in Human Resource Management or related field.
Good command in English, able to communicate in Japanese will be advantage.
At least 10 years working in Human Resource and General Affair or Administration role with 5 years in managerial is preferred.
Familiar and well understanding to work with Japanese company.
Able to work on Monday-Friday plus 2 Saturday per month.
