• Conduct for C&B data collection and analyst to enhance the competitiveness of C&B system.
• Deploy communication with related matters to all levels of employee.
Qualification:
• Proven experience for C&B HR functional from large multinational companies.
• Sharp, quick response, active, initiative and independent person.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
