Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, system maintenance, and record updates.
  • Handle payroll queries, leave, sick, and overtime reports.
  • Interpret attendance data for overtime and allowances.
  • Perform statutory reporting and manage tax, social security, and termination payments.
  • Oversee recruitment, conduct initial interviews, and schedule meetings with hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and prepare HR documents.
  • Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies.
  • Conduct employee orientations and maintain HR databases.
  • Provide staff support on benefits and HR matters.
  • Manage insurance, workers' welfare, and medical claims.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including bookings and filing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree of Business Mangement or any related field.
  • At leasr 2-3 years exprerience in HR role.
  • Good Command in English (Communication/businees level)
  • Able to work in Sichon, Nakhon Si Thammarat
