Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, system maintenance, and record updates.
- Handle payroll queries, leave, sick, and overtime reports.
- Interpret attendance data for overtime and allowances.
- Perform statutory reporting and manage tax, social security, and termination payments.
- Oversee recruitment, conduct initial interviews, and schedule meetings with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare HR documents.
- Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies.
- Conduct employee orientations and maintain HR databases.
- Provide staff support on benefits and HR matters.
- Manage insurance, workers' welfare, and medical claims.
- Handle administrative tasks, including bookings and filing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of Business Mangement or any related field.
- At leasr 2-3 years exprerience in HR role.
- Good Command in English (Communication/businees level)
- Able to work in Sichon, Nakhon Si Thammarat
