Responsibilities
- Monitoring and handling overall HRM and HRD function such as manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, performance evaluations, training & development, counselling, employee conduct, legal and disciplinary issues and etc.
- Monitoring and handling over GA function, administrative issues, manage all office supply, contact with outside organizations, etc.
- Formulating, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems and processes.
- Managing recruitment systems and processes to ensure the efficient provision of employment.
- Monitoring salary structure and benefits to ensure a balance between cost controls and attracting/retaining staff.
- Facilitating the personal performance management processes for employees.
- Managing employee relations and staff welfare issues.
- Providing consultancy advice to all internal parties on labor law compliance and tax and workman compensation law in alignment with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources Related.
- 3+ years working experienced in HR management /Labor Relations.
- Experienced in manufacturing is preferred.
- (Business level) English language both written & spoken.
- (Advantage) Chinese proficiency for working (not necessary).
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Strong Negotiation and Excellent communication skills.
- Strong Thai Labor Laws/Union laws.
- Strategic global mindset.
