Job Title: Human Resources Officer (Recruitment/Talent Acqusition)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals and growth plans.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans.
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to source qualified candidates.
- Proactively build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's employer brand.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
- Stay current with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years experiences in HR or Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) in the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
