Job Title: Human Resources Officer (Recruitment/Talent Acqusition)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals and growth plans.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans.
  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to source qualified candidates.
  • Proactively build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's employer brand.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
  • Stay current with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and trends.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years experiences in HR or Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) in the financial industry.
  • Strong understanding of modern recruitment practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
