Responsibilities;
Compensation and benefits:
Managing employee compensation and benefits records with internal, external, and statutory agencies, including registration, enrolment, update, and termination.
Administer medical and life insurance programs, ensuring accurate, updated, and timely data submissions.
Ensure employees have been informed and aware of current and or additional benefits they're eligible for (e.g., extra vacation days)
Benchmarking of compensation, reviewing existing compensation and benefits packages of the employee, benchmarking with market data or industrial, and proposing competitive compensation and benefits package.
Payroll Processing:
Perform tasks to establish and maintain employee payroll records.
Maintained time and attendance records.
Manage the leaver process from receipt of the completed leaver form to the calculation of the employee's final.
Coordinates the production of the monthly payroll input files with payroll vendor and finance and management approval.
HR Reporting
Produce input for the HR Monthly Reports and associated HR Reports, e.g., Payroll Report, Expense Accrual, and Forecasting.
Employee Relations and Engagement
Deliver employee relations consulting across manager and employee concerns and disputes.
Provide a dedicated and influential HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management with a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience to include Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Processing and Employee Relations.
In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of progressive HR experience to include Employee Relations.
Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment physical and background check which includes verification of employment and education.
Experience in dealing with employee relations issues and bringing them to a positive conclusion.
Experience as an HR generalist in manufacturing, commercial and corporate roles.
Working knowledge of employee engagement models and practices.
Confident oral and written communicator both Thai and English
Strong computer literacy skill set Microsoft Office & HRIS (e.g., Oracle, SAP, and Workday)
