Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures related to people management, ensuring compliance and adherence across the organization.
- Manage all aspects of salary administration, including time attendance tracking, payroll processing, social security, and tax compliance.
- Lead recruitment efforts by coordinating with job websites, recruitment agencies, and internal stakeholders to identify and hire top talent.
- Prepare and manage documentation for visa, work permit, and other legal requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, including overseeing office management and site project HR activities.
- Maintain ISO certification by managing the Quality Management System (QMS), conducting internal audits, and facilitating external audits.
- Prepare HR reports, provide consultation services to staff, and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR head overseeing recruitment, performance management, compensation management, and learning and development.
- Strong English communication skills and knowledge of labor laws.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of driving results in a dynamic environment.
