Job Description:
- Manage key account partnerships in modern trade channels and overseas markets.
- Lead and develop key account team members to achieve partnership and organizational goals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of key accounts to develop effective business strategies, including product placement, promotional sell-in, sell-out monitoring, inventory management, and identifying new opportunities.
- Analyze target markets and competitors to identify new business development opportunities and gain market share.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to provide product marketing/sales materials and e-commerce support for key distribution partners.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Sales, Account Management, and/or Business Development.
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship building.
- Ideally, experience or knowledge in modern trade, and the construction industry.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
