Job Objectives

  • Arranges trainings for individuals or groups within a framework of available training and workshop programs

  • Acts as first contact to support internal or external trainers, participants and external training /workshop providers for an uninterrupted and successful organization of the planned event Core Task

  • Handle the succession plan together manage of development of change management system

  • Lead manufacturing skill test center ,conduct skill test ,update in database

  • Initiate and being the process holder to overall organization and design training system, playing role as development partnership with the line managers.

  • Lead the to develop with identifies training needs for the organization based on all job profile

  • Being partner with line managers to create the training roadmap / personal training considering performance improvement for each individual or group

  • Initiate training workshop ,organize local trainings and in-house courses, and coordinates arrangements for external courses, workshops and seminars

  • Lead the facilitation of training course during seminar and / or workshop

  • Monitoring and updates the training / seminar catalog on a regular basis

  • Giving expertise advise employees and management on appropriate training courses, counseling individuals when necessary

  • Plans for further education and monitors the progress of attendees ,monitoring the progress update for all organization and liase with external stakeholder /authority

  • Monitoring costs, and maintaining budgetary control of all training activities inhouse, internal virtual course

  • Lead the other adhoc assign from BU project ,target of L&D ,internal stakeholder and other event.

Required Experience

  • Business education with additional study in Human Resources and/or university degree with focus in HRM ,Business Coaching, Training Coach

  • More than 3 years of professional work experience in any industrial training, development area

  • Having experience of coaching, MC,presenter will be advantage

  • Thinking intelligence, imaginative, initiative ideal person

  • Ability to speak in front of public with professional characteristic

  • Smart, energetic, creative and decorative

  • Good in skill in ppt or other presentation application, using modern tools and technique of audience motivation

  • Having good skill of English is a must

  • This job is middle to develop to senior level staff


  • Local language and fluent in English (written & spoken)
