Job Description
- Direct and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee workflow execution across teams, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Lead, supervise, and support the Account Management and Data Analysis teams.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and goal-oriented team environment.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the Account Management team delivers positive, personalized service experiences.
- Act as a point of escalation and resolution for client or partner issues.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvement strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs to drive performance and optimize resources.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of market offerings and product features.
- Ensure team members are well-informed and able to communicate product value effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations, account management, or data management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting software, and CRM systems is an advantage.
