Location: Samut Sakhon
Responsobility:
- Formulate and develop a product which aligned with customer demands and organizational objectives.
- Design, plan, and manage the product development process, including specifications, raw materials, formulas, manufacturing processes, QA/QC processes, shelf life, and food safety standards.
- Control and ensure products are aligned with food safety standards.
- Initiate product/process enhancement procedure.
- Calculate production costs, inspect product development adjustments, and minimize cost of production.
- Collaborate with the QA/QC team to conduct testing and address issues related to product quality or raw materials.
Qualification:
- Proven experience in end to end process of R&D
- Background in food and beverage (F&B) is preferable
