R&D manager (F&B)

Location: Samut Sakhon

Responsobility:

• Formulate and develop a product which aligned with customer demands and organizational objectives.
• Design, plan, and manage the product development process, including specifications, raw materials, formulas, manufacturing processes, QA/QC processes, shelf life, and food safety standards.
• Control and ensure products are aligned with food safety standards.
• Initiate product/process enhancement procedure.
• Calculate production costs, inspect product development adjustments, and minimize cost of production.
• Collaborate with the QA/QC team to conduct testing and address issues related to product quality or raw materials.

Qualification:

• Proven experience in end to end process of R&D
• Background in food and beverage (F&B) is preferable
